Submefast is a restricted platform exclusively for authorised NIN enrolment and verification agents, approved organisations, and users with legitimate identity-verification needs. It is not an identity marketplace. Registration and access are subject to our eligibility requirements and approval at our sole discretion, and any misuse of access may result in restriction or termination. We also maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against the exploitation of new agents. Any approved agent found, following a fair review of a substantiated complaint, to have extorted new agents or demanded excessive or unreasonable fees for registration will be immediately expelled from the platform without a second chance for reinstatement.
